Council have been in contact today to advise that with the rain in the last few weeks, their works to clean up the banks around the shed have been delayed. They are now hoping to have all works completed by the end of this month.
Council staff have again requested that we do not put tinnies down in the inlet and that we continue to use the temporary access across the footbridge. The works that they have done to stabilise the hill down to the inlet are being washed away when it rains as it is not being given a chance to settle in. They will be redoing some of this work again to attempt to stabilise the bank, so please ensure that no tinnies are being taken down into the inlet.
