Where Passion for Rowing Meets Community
At Townsville & James Cook University Rowing Club, we're more than just a club; we're a vibrant community of rowers of all ages and abilities, united by our shared love for the sport. Nestled on the picturesque Ross River, our Club is a hub for rowers from all walks of life, from competitive athletes to those who simply enjoy the therapeutic rhythm of rowing.
A Legacy of Excellence
Our Club has a rich history of success, nurturing the talents of young rowers from James Cook University, and we're proud to play host to the rowing programs of The Cathedral School, Ignatius Park College, and St Patrick's College. We also have a thriving community of recreational rowers and a dedicated group of competitive rowers who train hard for the North Queensland Regatta season.
