Programs

The Club offers a range of rowing programs to its ~250 members.

Learn to Row

Every year we run Learn to Row courses to help those who have never picked up an oar get a great introduction to the sport. (Handy for those feeling a bit rusty too)

Competitive

We love to race. Competitions range from local regattas to state and national championships to long distance 'head' races. Some members even travel to international events. Local regattas are very friendly and a great place to have some fun regardless of your level of rowing experience. There is both open (any age) and masters (over 27 years) racing.

Social

We also love to get out on the river with friends and enjoy the natural surroundings. There's an active social rowing scene at the Club. Some social rowers enter the occaisional regatta, but many find all the satisfaction they need on our home stretch of river, enjoying the passing birdlife, turtles, fish and wallabies. We regularly run fun activities for all Club members including Big Boat Breakfasts and Glowing Rowing.
